The P Audio 308 Series also features a high performance subwoofer to compliment the 308 Series powered and passive enclosures. The Sub 308 features a long throw 15 inch (381mm) diameter loudspeaker to produce extended bass and sub bass response. The SUB 308 is ideal for both high fidelity music playback as well as high impact live music applications. The SUB 308 is an excellent high performance compliment to the 308 Series and expands the range of professional applications for the entire 308 Series of products. The SUB 308 features a passive crossover that accurately sums the sub bass response with the main 308 stacks. The 15 inch long throw transducer features a large 3 inch (76.2mm) voice coil diameter and P Audio’s legendary voice coil systems to insure both high power handling and high reliability for truly professional applications. The enclosure is a rugged wood construction that is ideally suited for sub woofer applications. The combined SUB 308 and 308A (or 308P) are well suited for live sound reinforcement, mobile DJ, dance clubs, and pub environments. The system is also excellent for very high performance music playback systems in fixed installation designs.
